question by Paul Wilson : Where is the best place to play online poker
Hello, I wanted to try playing a little online poker, but do not know where they play. I’ve played with friends for a long time and in the casino, but wanted to spend a few dollars online. Can anyone direct me to a good place to start? In addition, it is free to play online Best Answer:

I usually just play on Pokestars.net. Its free and you don’t have to play for real money, but you can connect your credit card to your account and play for certain amounts of money.

You can try full tilt poker (that’s what 2months 2million poker tv show is using) and pokerstars is reputable as well. Personally I use Full tilt.

Do not put any money on full tilt. They might be fine but they look like they’re in trouble so as a gambler why risk it. Zynga is for donks. Pokerstars are the biggest and arguably the best. Huge range of games and big pool of players.

Fulltilt poker is not even open or accepting players…

They have been closed for a few months now, as they are currently in the process of being sold.

You can try any of the poker rooms listed at http://newtiltpoker.com as they all accept USA players, I would stick to the larger ones such as bodog.

I know that you need to be careful if you are a us citizen because it is not Igel to Play online.
If you are not, you can play in wsop website, i think its the best and official poker website.

Depends. i like PKR but there is not alot of people so the SNG take ages to fill up. I end up playing party poker most of the time.

Also playing online is free to use to the software.. However they do charge a rake or a fee of 10% of tourments
